This project, funded by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Morocco over 15 months starting in August 2012, was a continuation of the work already carried out by Transparency Maroc on the protection of victims and witnesses of corruption, as well as the revision of the legal framework governing the Central Authority for the Prevention of Corruption.

The project focused on the following activities:

  • Advocacy for judicial reform;
  • Improving the effectiveness and impact of institutions responsible for oversight and anti-corruption efforts;
  • Continuing advocacy for the protection of witnesses and victims of corruption, particularly concerning their economic and professional rights;
  • Raising awareness about the fight against corruption by encouraging creativity through artistic and literary competitions.
